Just received the raw files from my fab photographer Barry Jeffery for my BHA Avant Garde shoot last Sunday. Wow even better than I expected! Thanks to Barry, Kate Jeffery for the styling, Jennifer Jones for the make-up, my artistic team Andreea and Aneta and all my beautiful models!

Anne blagged herself backstage yet again to support Errol Douglas and Jamie Stevens on the Matrix Live tour date at Birmingham Tuesday 29th March. That’s after joining Jamie’s team for 3 recordings of Gok Wan’s TV shows earlier in the year. Now Anne is a Matrix Artistic Director, she’s taking every possible opportunity to gain experience from the top guys in time for headlining her own shows in 2012!
Anne was on the road again Monday 28th March wowing her students at the very cool indeed hairdressing Academy at Styletech Recruitment in Sheffield.
One of the participants, wedding consultant Kelly Hood, commented:
“I feel after Anne’s expert tutorial with a bit of practice I may be able to do one of these (styles) myself….my favourite is the last one, so may give this a go when I have a bit of spare time (when ever that may be).
I can not stress the importance of hiring a professional to do your hair on your wedding day, the last thing you want to be doing is fussing about with hair pins and hairspray, and if a professional does it at least you know it will be secure for the whole day.
I’d like to thank Anne for letting me join in and take pictures on Monday, and Paul the academy owner also.”

Anne will be kept busy giving inspirational training courses and demonstrations and creating fabulous hairstyles for Matrix’s advertising and promotions. But she will continue to look after her clients in her Oxford (Thursdays and Fridays) and Bicester (Wednesdays) salons as well as specialising in weddings across the UK. Early bookings recommended!

In 2011 she joined the Matrix Artistic Team as an Artistic Director, educating and demonstrating across the U.K. In France she trains for several regional hairdressing associations. Anne can teach in either English or French.
